What to know before booking a move-out clean in Calgary

Timing, access and the level of detail all affect the final result, so a little planning goes a long way.

Book early enough

Move-out cleaning is easiest when the home is empty and utilities are still on. If possible, schedule it after furniture is removed but before the final walkthrough.

List special areas

Appliances, closets, bathrooms, baseboards and inside cabinets usually need extra attention. If there are problem spots, mention them in the quote form.
