1. Standard rule

Clients should give at least 24 hours notice for any cancellation or reschedule.

2. Late cancellation

If a booking is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, FIXÉCLEAN may charge a late cancellation fee or part of the scheduled service amount.

3. Missed visits

If access is not provided or the team cannot enter the site, the visit may be charged as a missed appointment.

4. Repeat changes

Frequent changes to the schedule may require prepayment or a revised service plan.

5. Weather / emergencies

Safety-related delays, severe weather, or true emergencies will be handled case by case.

6. Policy acceptance

By approving a quote or booking, the client agrees to this cancellation policy.
