1. Services

FIXÉCLEAN provides cleaning services, facility support, and optional supply management for residential and commercial clients. The exact scope of work is listed on each quote or proposal.

2. Separate billing

Cleaning services and supply orders are billed separately. If supplies run low, FIXÉCLEAN sends a new quotation before restocking. Product delivery is only made after approval.

3. Access and safety

The client must provide safe access to the property and inform FIXÉCLEAN about alarms, pets, hazards, broken items, or restricted areas.

4. Payment

Payment terms are due as stated on the invoice or agreement. Late payment may pause future service until the account is current.

5. Cancellations

Late cancellations or missed visits may be charged according to the cancellation policy.

6. Liability

FIXÉCLEAN will use reasonable care while working. The client remains responsible for securing valuables and reporting damage concerns promptly.

7. Photos and records

Before/after photos may be used for job records and quality control. Public marketing use should only happen with client permission.
